Our Return Policy to our Customers.
Most items are checked before they are dispatched, but in the unlikely event that an item is received as faulty, you must notify us by email, within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will supply the returns address to you, and will refund the return postage, for a faulty item. We will either send out a replacement item, or offer a full refund. We reserve the right to refund without requesting the item back. We may request proof of damage for our own records, or for delivery claims.
All items for sale are described as fully as we are able too, and include many things like the size and colour options etc. If you do not wish to keep the item, you will need to keep the item in its original packaging, unopened, and the item must be in a resalable condition. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods, of your intention to return, via email. Returns by telephone are not accepted. We will refund you the cost of the item, less the postage charge in the original sale and any packaging that cannot be used again, i.e.Envelope. You will need to pay for the postage to return the item to the supplied address.
Custom Made Item Returns:
We do not offer returns for any custom printed stickers. Details for Custom Printed items are copied from a Buyers message, and can only be returned or refunded if the mistake is our own. We will need to see proof of errors made by us.
